Krishnakumar or KK as he is fondly called is the Assistant Manager – Quality for Bangalore . He oversees the quality of all the outgoing documents in Bangalore . He is responsible for maintaining excellent standards of quality.

Polite, professional, and innovative are three words that would describe KK aptly. He is extremely supportive, realistic, and provides clear instructions and feedback to his team members so that all the reports which reach the customers exceed their expectations.

But very unlike his perception of himself, his job requires him to crunch data and work with numbers. He needs to have excellent analytical and problem solving skills to find out the reasons when something goes wrong and a very creative mind to think of appropriate solutions at drop of hat. Apart from, of course, having very good knowledge of various quality systems like Total Quality Management and Six Sigma.

KK is known for his ability to give constructive feedback to quality control team members and for his ability to keep his team motivated to send work with 100% quality on time every time.
