Krishnakumar or KK as he is fondly called is Deputy Manager - Operations and heads the Acusis Bangalore transcription operations. He has been at the helm for the last 1-1/2 years. Prior to that, he has been in charge of various functional areas such as quality, HT management etc.
Polite, professional, and innovative are three words that would describe KK aptly. He is extremely supportive, realistic, and provides clear instructions and feedback to his team members so that all of them can exceed their expectations whether in terms of day-to-day management or in terms of their KRAs.

Earlier as a quality supervisor, KK has been instrumental in creating online simulation tests for CMT aspirants and pushing and encouraging all the QA team members to become CMTs. But very unlike his perception of himself, his job requires him to crunch data and work with numbers. He needs to have excellent analytical and problem solving skills to identify the root cause when something goes wrong and a very creative mind to think of appropriate solutions at the drop of a hat apart from having very good knowledge of various quality systems like TQM and Six Sigma.
