Freeda is the Training Supervisor for Bangalore office. She is responsible for all the activities pertaining to induction of new members to Acusis. Her role involves training new members of the team on the Acusis software and making them aware of policies and procedures.

Freeda is incredible in helping new members to settle in Acusis. She is very accommodating, creative, and sensitive to people's need. All in all she is a people's person.  

“I was always interested in Medicine in spite of being a commerce graduate. When Medical Transcription happened in India , I saw an opportunity to fuel my interest - the mysteries of the human anatomy, diseases, diagnosis, etc. I took the plunge and have never once regretted or looked back.”

Freeda's role involves analyzing knowledge, skills, and experience of the new members of the Acusis family and identifying the training gap if any and working out plans to close the training gaps. She provides them with direction, support, and feedback to help them correct performance deficiencies if any, develop existing and new skills, and expand their responsibilities.  

“I am very passionate about everything I do- be it reaching my daily targets, balancing quality and quantity, organizing a family day at Acusis or being a part of the fun committee at the office or playing my guitar for the Acusis Fun Day; I enjoy doing it all!”

Her job requires her to meet and interact with new people on a daily basis apart from having talent for teaching and the patience to answer questions for the nth time.
