Consistently Accurate Transcription
Transcription must be accurate to ensure quality healthcare and proper
accountability. All transcriptions undergo editing and correction to
ensure high accuracy. Our quality assurance team is made up of nurses,
doctors, dentists and experienced medical transcriptionists. Quality
assurance logs are open for review by the client.

Confidential and Accountable
Tracking
The database server manages all files and all file access during the transcription
process. Each voice data file is assigned a unique user ID and password
each time it is accessed. Patient confidentiality is ensured using security
safeguards implemented on both the client and server computers that meet
or exceed HIPAA and JCAHO regulations.

Status Checking/Notification
Physicians may actively check the status of their files anywhere in the
transcription process. Status can be tracked via telephone or through
the Data Management tool in AcuSuite® .
Both eTranscribe and Web Administrator tools found in AcuSuite allow
status checking of files in process as well as reporting on delivered
results. |
