Site Assessment

A full site assessment is performed before the contract is signed in order to ensure that the solution will meet all technical and process requirements.

Implementation Plan

Once the contract is signed, an implementation plan is created. The plan contains a functional description that documents the process, interfaces, and reports. A detailed project schedule is also created to ensure a quick and seamless implementation. These documents are reviewed and approved before the implementation begins.

Communication

During the implementation, a dedicated project manager serves as a single point of contact for all tasks. Weekly status meetings are held to facilitate communication.

Testing

The entire process including interfaces, dictation, and report distribution are tested in a separate test environment. All report types are verified for format and correctness.

Training

On-site training is performed for dictators, office staff, administrators, and IT personnel.

Go-Live
